Hey ppl in chicagoland, where is the best place to get a Z? I want a performance with NAVI. Cant seem to find one anywhere! Are dealers around here still selling at MSRP? How have your negotiations been?

 

The dealer's I've talked to around Chicago all claim the Z still goes for MSRP and up, but don't believe them!

 

I took my Z off the showroom floor at Star Nissan in Niles for almost 2k under MSRP. Shop around and see what dealers have in stock... (this was in JANUARY, so you should have ample buying power NOW)

 

Just got my oil changed yesterday w/ Mobil 1 at the 2800 mark. I was b.s.'ing with my salesman while waiting and he said they are selling all Nissans $100 to $400 over invoice, even the Z!, No BS. They had about 5 or 6 Z's in stock, DB, Redline, Brickyard, Black, and CS. Napleton Auto Werks in Schererville, IN, 219-865-4039, Sean Gaines was great.

Best of luck with your search. Hopefully people give you some more dealers closer to you with a good deal.

I checked out your Type-S site, looking good. I thought about getting a Type-S if I traded in my '00 Jeep G.C. 4x4 V8. Luckily, I was able to refinance the house, get a lower rate and the cash to swing the Z and have the Jeep paid off.

If you talk to Sean at Napleton, let him know I told you, so he takes care of you. He's all right, you know, for a white guy.

I live near Star nissan and drive past it everyday, they had 10 on the lot yesterday when i drove by and I went to Fergus nissan in skokie yesterday also, where i purchased mine, and they had 12 on thier lot, so call around it might be easier to get than you think, i'm not sure about Star but Fergus is selling below MSRP. Got mine for invoice plus $500. Good Luck and if you want me to check specifically at either location its a very short drove, i'll be happy to do it.

Star likes to overprice... I visit once in a while there.. Pleasant people to deal with, but not the prices..

 

Whatsup guys. I'm looking for a Z around my county in Illinois. These are all the Nissan dealership in Cook County. Does anybody know anything about these dealerships? Rip you off? Reasonable prices? Customer service? If none of these are good, what is the closest dealership I can get an awesome price for.
