are most people here getting the the osiris tuner package? that looks the most promising to me...

Scott read my PM, you're not actually getting one of the packages like on the uprev site per say, your'e getting your ecu unlocked using osiris and a personal dyno tune specific to your vehicle/mods. There's actually an extra cost to get the cable too. But I think this is the best way to do it unless you buy the osiris stuff itself from uprev, and bring it to the tuner (which would be the same thing I think after you factor in the cost of the cable too)

just got off of woodward.... holy crap. it was just about like dream cruise saturday. bumper to bumper kick *** cars, and SO many people lined up all along woodward... multiple rows deep! my fave tonight (and just about all-time) was a black z-06. i just about cried. what a car.

saw a blue z with some major effects - most noticeably was a big dual tier rear wing. plate said 'sik z'. anyone we know?

 

did the black z06 have dark tints and license "blkdvl" If so I know the owner.

Just bought some used Koni yellows rears. Need to buy a set of fronts and match with some performance springs and I'll have some parts to install

 

maybe... i didn't catch the plate, and the windows were down. a couple of pretty old dudes inside, lol. i'd say the driver looked to be in his 70s at least.

 

Woodward was definitely crowded last night... a lot of good stuff out there. Only saw about 4 Z's out there last night between 7 - 10:30pm. On the other hand I saw about 20 Grand Nationals and what seemed like 200+ Corvettes.... seemed like the "vette" cruise last night.

Only forum member I ran into last night was Yancy but by that time we were walking back to my friends house which is two blocks off Woodward north of 13.... had some Coors over there and finally got home around 1am. I'll probably head back Saturday when the crowds and cars are in full force. Definitely better to go during the week though.

 

I've been there - but I will try and come by and check out the meet for a little while.

 

Jeff, last night was the National Grand National meet at the Moose preserve then they went on a cruise.
Also last night was the Michigan Vette club, and yes there was over 200 of them
They take up the two middle lanes for miles it is really cool.

I love the New Z06 as well, you can pick them up used for VERY reasonable right now, a car aquaintance just got rid of his Vette and bought the Z06, sick car..

I will be ou there Friday, Saturday mostly in Pontiac and Birmingham, so if your in the are let me know I will be doing some burnouts, and overall being reckless..,WHAOO

 

I think it's a different one. I would love to see my old Z on the road though.

I had dinner and a few beers at The Emory last night and didn't see anything but old muscle cars. I guess I need to go further North.

 

AJ -- I'll probably be out there Saturday around 13/Woodward. I'll give you a call and see where you're at and maybe meet up. Where do you hang in Pontiac for the cruise?

 

Returned from Germany early. Looking forward to whatever is going on this weekend. I have to do a lot of back reading in this thread.
