I am not sure if I can make the one this weekend, but I am going to try and make one more this season. Finally got myautoevents to work, and it looks like there will be an autocross every sunday for the next 3 weeks.

Sorry I missed your call last night, was watching the game. So what's the deal with the car now? Gonna throw the long-nose and cwest sides back on? Did you move to OH already?

Yeah the long nose is going back on I need my C-West sides so i can get them painted, i'll have to ride around with stock wheels for now I might buy those RMC Volk SF's again I'v been seeing them go cheap these days.

I was wondering if i could pick them up this weekend, my radiator core support is gonna be here soon after that its just a matter of straighting the frame and putting every thing together.

I didn't move yet i'm still here but i'll be leaving overseas for a month in May so I need to finish all this before I go.

nope, i never did brian. i was going to talk to him about it around now, when he came over to put the fenders on. he quoted me around $150 per fender, which included filling all small knicks/imperfections, and fitting them properly so they look OEM. the fit was pretty good when i test fitted one, but needed some serious massaging into place. that price also included fabricating a fiberglass mounting tab too, that my monkey hands accidentally broke off.

he's worked with lots of carbon fiber before, so i was going to get his opinion on what to do... if he could, i would've preferred that he repair them so they wouldn't have to be painted at all. that may not have been possible, tho...

So when are we going shooting again? I just did some modifications to the Remington. I went from Deer Hunter to Zombie Killer.

hah.

Did I mention that I went on my first turkey hunt while I was home for easter? Lets see if linking from facebook works:

11" beard but only 1" spurs. I was able to take the shot about 10 minutes before we had to quit for my conference call and about 5 minutes before a train passed and sent the hens running across the field. It was so much fun.

Ok so I know we have the Mod Party coming up May 1st at Brian's place.

What about the next Hell Run?

Also we should try to plan a my350z picnic / potluck

I'd definitely offer up my place but it's just too small. Maybe we hitup a park or something.

Just throwing some future dates out there:

May 8th/9th
June 5th/6th
June 12th/13th

Input please.

I am up for the picnic. Instead of the Hell Run, I would be interested in doing some other drive. We did plan for a drive to some place in Ohio last year but it never materialized.

The trip to Hell is pretty fun. Right now my weekends look completely clear until Zdayz.

Aside from a couple friday night baseball games and a friday birthday anyway...

This was my first time at Grattan, and it was amazing!!! I was hitting about 160mph on the front straight, and 9 out of the 11 turns are blind. What a fun track! Needless to say, my stock pads are toast after running 7 sessions on both saturday and sunday. The first session on sat and sun were a little cold, but by the second session out it was beautiful. It was warmer in grattan twp. than it was here. The only hinderance the weather had on most of us was confidence in our tires having grip at full lean. I am working on posting up some videos/pics, but I am exhausted so it might be a few. I posted about 20 of the 900 pics emily took on facebook, you can add me if you would like to see them.
