Sounds like a better plan than Woodbury. I think there's a Target right off of 61 in Cottage Grove if I'm not mistaken. Plus I think there is a coffee place there as well. Everyone okay with this?

I live in NE Minneapolis so anyone that wants to meetup somewhere in the cities before we head to cottage grove let me know.

that target is about 2 miles from my house. if you are looking for a coffee shop, you need to take 80th street exit and there is a caribou right off that exit. Target is right off the jamaica ave exit.

There are other places along the highway as well further down towards hastings. For those that know the area, maybe consider The Point restaraunt's lot right before you hit the hastings bridge

That whole area has changed so much from when I grew up in Woodbury. I just always remembered that Target being easy to see from 61. I know the Point Restaurant used to serve breakfast, which might not be a bad idea if anyone is interested in meeting up earlier, otherwise if not Target might be a better option since they probably won't be open yet and we would have the whole parking lot.

It take me about 40-45min. To get from my place in st. michael to Aarons place in cottage grove.

 

Count me in for the cruise! Only way i wont be there is if we get our audit that week. I would need to come the night before and crash preferably at someones house to save money since I moved and its now a 4 and a half hour drive to Winona from where I am in Willmar!

Yep so if anyone is willing please let me know! Or reccomend a CHEAP hotel close to the meeting location.

 

im getting excited. hopefully itll be nice enough to get the car out in a few weeks. ill be there unless i get mandetory ot. should be a nice drive. the only problem with meeting at the taget in c.g. is leaving, specially on a saturday, we'll get all spread out.
