So I got pulled over for attempting to drift in an empty parking lot tonight. The cop was cool about it and said I should pick a better spot since he could hear me over a mile away.

 

No codes, just wanted to see if she's running lean. Might have to invest in a handheld or a PC program.

Took the Z out this morning to go see my chiro. Fun! At least the roads were clear. I drove alongside Dustin who has a NSX. He was going to the autox.

It was a decent 240Z that needed a lot of work and TLC. Not worth $2k, IMHO. I might offer him $1k later, but I need to clean out my garage first.

Found another Datsun, this time a 75 280. The car doesn't start or work and has been sitting for 10 years. I wasn't too concerned about a working car since I want to strip it down and start over anyway. I couldn't care less about the motor. I'd rather have a turbo setup or rebuild it anyway.

Well due to the arrival of an early winter, I decided to put the Z away for the winter , the sad thing is, I only put on around 750 miles this year

 

Yeah, I'm putting my Z away now. Calling insurance tomorrow to get that changed. I still need to fill up the Z and detail her, but I'm sure I'll get another crack at that.

Aaron, if you have time on Monday I can swing by or meet you somewhere.

Looks like my FIL is probably in his last week according to the hospice. MIL is flying up today. It's going to be a rough week. Dammit.

Went shooting at clay targets yesterday. That was fun. Shot 50 rounds through my shotgun. I need to play with it some more.

 

Have to put my Z away too. That means at least 5 months of hibernation!.
I can't believe it. Would it make sense for me to store it on my stock
rims/tires instead of leaving my 19s on?. I am concerned about possible flat spots.
