I'll probably only attend the DCTC event ones as they're as close to a real track as you can get

I've given up on my 98 Chevy Blazer, I've just about replaced everything mechanical on it and selling it before somethin else goes wrong. I found a buyer for it and I'm flying out to Columbus OH tomorrow to go buy a new truck that I found a hell of a deal on. 2005 GMC Envoy XUV with a 5.3L V8, sunroof, Power everything, Leather seats, heated leather, running boards, and all the other toys has 60k miles on it.

my new deep cycle agm battery finally arrived (3rd shipment was finally correct) and I am doing some research how to properly charge the battery and I found this on a website that specializes in batteries:

Myth: The old myth about not storing batteries on concrete floors is just that - a myth. This story has been around for 100 years, and originated back when battery cases were made up of wood and asphalt. The acid would leak from them, and form a slow-discharging circuit through the now acid-soaked and conductive floor.
