I try to, I only drive it a few hours a week. Doesn't make a lot sense to drive it back and forth to work during the week.

Well, I disagree about driving it during the week. I used to drive my Z to work all the time a few years ago. That was great for me because I always enjoyed the drive. Made going to work and coming home kind of a treat.

Aaron, I can see dethatching in the Spring. I need to do that. Picking up leaves ftl.... I hate doing it even though I know it's good to do it.

that's why you need a good mower with a bag/vac attachment. Just go through and suck everything up

I hate bagging cut grass. It attacks my allergies like crazy. If I could dump it somewhere, I'd do it. But to bag it all and have it sitting out at the end of the driveway sucks.

Those are some nice pics from BIR. Must be nice to live so close.

Florida.... I remember lots of good things from there.

Hey Guys,

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the start of our summer. I just got back from the Zoom event bloomington. It was a fun time meeting those guys and learning about the older Datsun's. They are really interested in doing some group meets in the spirit of more the better. If you like cars and like going for cruises they are connected to a lot of other clubs in the metro area to get hooked up with. They acutally collect dues so they have money and potential to put together larger events whether it be drag races, renting out large parking lots, and autocross events.

They have invited all of us to head out on Saturday June 26th from 9:30-1:30pm to Morries Nissan for a meet. If I remember correctly there will food, drinks, and a raffle in addition to a vote for favorite Z car. It's a great excuse to get out and talk cars...and represent the 350z cars!

Also, in August they are planning a cruise on one of the Monday nights with a grill out afterwards which we're also invited to. If you have any questions or would like to connect with some more Z owners to go on cruises and actually put some miles on your car feel free give them a shout at mnzclub.com or zcarchat.com.

Doug

Sorry I didn't make it, Doug. Every year, there's a 'car show' at Morries for the Z cars. I'll definitely have to make that one.

I agree that we should get something going soon. I'm going to be at a family reunion this Saturday, and on Sunday we're doing a 13 mile bike ride around Apple Valley. I guess the following weekend would be better.

Got my mower today - Scag Tiger Cub. Held off on the bagger system since I was a bit overwhelmed at the price of the mower. Didn't feel like going over 5 figures for a mower

I will get the bagger system this fall when I really "need" it
