hell ya aaron thats sweet. those mr's are nice too. its crazy all the stuff you can do to those cars. i have a friend that has one with 1070 whp on a stock ecu. and bryce who used to be on this forum has an evo eight and put 800 bucks into it and now has 400 whp. i like them a lot. my car never really goes into "storage" just parked in my garage and dont drive it. i keep full coverage on it all winter but i will probably only drive it again this year if its nice out but probably not. havnt driven it in a couple weeks now. On another note im looking at picking up a subaru wrx for a daily driver so i dont have to drive my company truck all winter.

 

If you don't care about the salt. There are always nice sunny days on and off no matter how cold it gets

 

Might be getting a new job at BBY Corporate headquarters.. which means MORE CAR STUFF!

 

Oh I do care about the salt. It wont be driving anytime there is snow out or salt on the road. Vortech says to not even start my car below 30 degrees. They say the internal oil in the blower is too thick at that point and it could possibly blow seals.

 

Salts not the issue, black ice and sh!tty drivers is.

 

Will be in Minneapolis soon, eta 3.5 hrs.

drove up to st cloud today. Saw more Z's in a single day than I ever have... all on 94

All between 1 pm and 4 pm

 

Interesting. I saw 3 today within a span of 20 minutes on Hwy 10

 

and I saw a couple Asian guys in a previous gen black sentra blow their motor on 94 north of albertville...... bunch of smoke. about 4-5 seconds worth of some serious fire under the car and then a BUNCH more smoke. Hazards and off to the side of the road

 

Must've been a fun thing to watch.




Coming down to the cities Nov 10th. Will be spending time with my girl until the 15th. Anyone down for some Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters action?
