What kind of cardio?
Yeah dave, that car does need a lot of work. Lol which is why I didnt want much for it. But honestly its not too bad. Dont imagine it as going to be a super car. I would honestly put all the manual labor and time into it and it wont take a ton of money. Redo the floors, put a new tank, exhaust and repaint. That engine actually runs well. Get it tuned up and make it look good and just take the car for sunday cruises. You have a clean 350 to track and play with. Use the datsun to cruise around town in a sweet old car. Thats my 2 cents.
I'm going to pull the engine out and see if I can't clean it up and rebuild it into something shiny and powerful. I think once I get started on the floors, I'll feel better about the rest of the car and the project.
I was looking at the S30 and thought it was sweet as is because I see the potential.
Yes please! I want some stuff on the Z33 done, plus I might consider some stuff on the S30.
Let me know if you need some help dave. Im a single man in a house by myself now so I need some stuff to do anyway. Lol which reminds me. You still gotta help me do my window motor on my z.

I seem to have become the resident guru for window motors. lolI'll definitely hit you up, especially since I owe you $1 million dollars.
I have an octane machine (eliptical type cross trainer)
I do 16-30 minutes depending on the day. Been doing mainly high intensity intervals. The fat definitely doesn't go away as fast as it goes on.
I am down some decent weight now... actually the lightest I have been since my kid was born (4 yrs). My strength is suffering some, but it's a needed sacrifice. I would like to loose another 12-15 lbs (put in the low 220's) and I think I would be where I want to be aesthetically.

That's good cardio. Not everyone can do the same type of cardio, so whatever pace you set and can stick with is great. I can run an 8 minute mile and am pretty happy with that.
You know fat never goes away. Sucks. Well, I guess lipo makes it go away.
I know my strength has suffered in the last few years. My joints in my upper body really feel it nowadays, so I go lighter with more reps and sets. I also find myself doing more cardio.

^nice....where'd the hood come from? Got my new one in garage all primered....thinking on poowdercoating it ($uk my dik rock chips FTW)
