So I made a huge payment about a year or so ago on a loan and specifically instructed them NOT to apply it as one payment but to pay it forward for each month. We've also been making extra payments on it during that time. Mind you, it's been at least a year now. So today they call and say we're 4 months behind. WTF over? They fcucked up and admitted it, but they want us to pay them to fix it to make it right. Again, whiskey tango foxtrot.

I am fcucking sick and tired of the banking system in this country. Hell, I'm through with all the companies that hire idiots for their finance dept.

So Tara talks to this bank and proceeds to chew them a new bunghole, tells them to get over it, fix it, send us documentation on that fix, and then asks them why they waited 4 months to tell us something was up.

Really? Is that what we've come to?
