Erik, what can I say? I'm subtle like that.

Just watched 2 classics with the kids. Swamp Thing and Godzilla vs Mothra.

nice weather we're having. would suck if the only fun car I had to drive was the Z... fortunately, I can rip it up today on my way to the gym in my evo. Damn I am happy I bought it.

hoping my shoulder is good enough to do some back lifts. I have most of my range of motion back, but still I definitely won't try to bench for a few weeks

Yeah, but the good thing is if you drive the car and get it dirty, it's more fun to clean.

I did a set of warmup flat bench presses yesterday. Haven't done it in a while since I've been doing incline and decline bench. Shoulders were crunching and popping like crazy. So I just focused on my back. Was thinking of going to the gym today and doing legs and cardio.

Oh, and my trees and bushes are ready for pickup. AV finally got them in.

I bet it would be more fun to drive the G. I like driving the Z in the rain. It's weird, but I feel comforted in it.

flat bench should be much less stressful on your shoulders than incline...so kind of surprised you could do incline, yet have issue on the flat. my incline weight is considerably less than my flat, so in that sense it is less stress, but the angle more than makes up for the reduction in weight.
