Yep been there, Zdayz is a blast, defin worth going to. In fact probably the best scenery to in the Smokey Mtn area

Yeah, the rain sucked. As we were leaving downtown, it let up. I'm cursed....

 

When is zdays? I haz new place to live the end of this month so my spending is now limited :/

 

Start saving up gas money, beer money, and cabin money now. Also, might want to start building up your vacation time if you can. It's in May the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. I usually leave on a Tuesday or Wednesday and get there by Thursday evening to begin the festivities.

 

Just posted it up. Planning for the next meet for labor day weekend(September 3rd/Saturday). Figured it would be a great weekend if we wanted to all meet like we did this spring and show at C&C, and go from there??? Thoughts???

Nice Dave! and yeah, I've already started a thread trying to get some ideas for the "grand finale" meet this fall. Figure it will be in October. Some ideas included making it a FULL DAY since its the last meet, heading NORTH ways towards St Cloud(which I really don't know annnny roads up there), and then we also have heading south along the river which is always great during the fall down towards Winona, head over to roch...and then back up north.

IF we wanted, we could invited other clubs as well such as the TLs(ha, just wanna see one go off the road again), the Lexus, Bimmers, Etc. I spoke to the head of the TL's, which is sounds like they talk about a cruise i put together a few years ago all the time ...hoping to go on another one (aka...the cruise that ended up putting a TL in the ditch! )

Few updates on my car as well....My bumper is going into the shop on Monday to be stripped and resprayed...and my headlights are being shipped out Monday to be done.

Also planning to order the Stillen Gen3 intake and Fast Intentions RHFC's within the next few weeks here. PUMPED!

 

My car is in the Twin Cities now...well for awhile before I need to make a decision to either to jobless in the Twin Cities or accept a job and live in Chicago...decisions decisions. But if anyone wants to meet within the next 3 weeks, I am down.

 

St Cloud sucks. There's nothing up there. All the times I've driven there or through it, I never saw anything worthwhile to visit. We should consider a car wash at a strip club.

As for other clubs joining, I'm okay with that at car shows and what not, but for a cruise it's too much. We have too many cars that get lost, too much stopping, breaks take too long, and the chance of having an idiot in the bunch increases. Just my 2 cents.

 

yeah...i would agree w/ both, especially the idiot part.

I will say that when we did the joint meet last time, I printed off about 10 maps for everyone to know where we were going and where the check points were. There was no possible way for anyone to get lost. Worked out really well. I would also state that we wouldn't be responsible for any other cars besides the G's and Z's to keep together, not to mention we would be at the FRONT.
