It's been a while since I've weighed 170. You skinny bastid!

I have quals tomorrow. I'm sure the force of the slugs will do wonders for my sore shoulders. After I get that over with, I'm going to the gym.

Well it's set.... Going back to Hawaii over the Xmas holidays. Last year we were there for 10 days this time we'll be there for 2 weeks, Dec. 14-28. We're excited to go back, just in the 10 days we were there we didn't even get close to what we wanted to get done so we're going back, and might make it a ritual every December.

30 lbs in just a couple of months? Damn! It took me 20 years to do that. LOL

Some day, I'll go back to HI. I have passed through there 5 times in my life but never got to really visit. Maybe next year I'll get a monstrous tax return and use it.

Not quite 30lbs, 25lbs to be exact. Tho I've been pushing it kind of hard the last two weeks and I might have to start taking it a little easier cause I think my body is starting to hate me , probably take an extra day off mid week. That day off I took yesturday from working out did wonders. I might start doubling up on my protein shakes, or take two different ones, one for the morning and one for at night when I do my routine. I've already gone through three 6lb jugs of protein mix already.

Dave you gotta go to Hawaii, get away from this cold weather. Take the kids to grandmas and just have you and Tara go for a week. You gotta go before X-mas tho or before January cause otherwise the rates go up about $400 a person.

I've got my 23 days off of work again during my trip time I'll be off from Dec 14- Jan 5

Take some protein in the morning when you wake up. I also take protein before and after a workout. I don't work out as hard as you, but I definitely rest. Rest is key to helping your muscles recover and build.

I did back and triceps today, then got on the treadmill. I felt great.

Video finally done and uploaded. This was our last game of the regular season before playoffs. This team we played really sucks, and the parents are terrible. This is the team whose coach get ejected once and was warned this time.

Hello everyone, spring is kind of in the air eh?

Just stopping in to ask if anyone has a TWM short throw shifter installed in their 350z. I'm on the fence about getting one myself. If you do have one installed I will pay $20 bucks just to check out your setup and drive on local roads 1st through 3rd gear to see how I like it. This will take less than 15 minutes and you can be in the car the whole time, nothing shady.

Please let me know, I'd like to make this decision before April which is when I plan to take my z out of storage. Thanks!

not worth it. I have a mossy adjustable short throw and guess where I have it set? stock height.

if you want to improve the feel, buy a tommy kaira shift ****. it will shorten the shifter and being weighted it will improve the feel.

I had my range day yesterday.

So lunch at Hooters on Saturday or Sunday? Pick it, and let's go!

Just got back from Buckhill and a hockey team party. I didn't realize so many hotties go there to hang out at that bar. We all had fun, though. We went tubing. Good times.
