haha the truth does hurt. (the appropriate parties)

i dont really do the storage thing honestly. I mean once it's all white outside and the salt trucks come out, i may barely drive it, but i cant do the whole winter without driving it. it's my texas mentality. I am, however, hoping to have all the mods I have sitting at home installed by the time spring rolls around.

plus damn i dont wanna put insurance on the altima. that's just more monthly costs. haha but i know i need to.

It's kind of nice to know the car is "stored" away for the winter and then go through the ritual of starting her up in the spring and getting her ready for another season of driving. Speaking of which, I have to do something for it now. Keep forgetting to cover the tips.

Try storing 3 cars, all the rituals and 300% the sadness---yet 0% of the rust associated w MN winters

Hey guys. Im new here and don't actually own a 350 but I do own a z32. I'm wondering if any guys would be interested in Specialty Z coming to Minneapolis for a tuning session? I have a few z32 guys wanting a tune but need at least 8 people for them to come. If you are interested please email me at bumblebeetuna_1@msn.com or call 3202239789. I need confirmed people before we set dates. Thanks!

I would most definitely be down but I need to know atleast what month you'd be doing it.
I take it this would be in the late spring time I'd hope cause that would be the only time that would work for me.

My Z is already winterized and stored. I'm not sure I want to bring it out when there's snow, ice, and salt are on the roads.

I like the idea of a group tune, though.

Whoa, was this really called for? Any gathering or meet that was put on over the years with the G's, I always would post up on the Z threads, or even PM or text you directly Dave? I've also always tried my personal best to try and get your input on things, knowing you were the "leader of the Z's".

You've never even met Andy, who's a nice kid. I can't see what was posted on the original post(you obviously can as a mod), but aren't these forums about inviting others with similar interests, not steering them away?

I've always said it from day one...the G/Z is the same damn platform, same car. There's absolutely no reason to divide the two...

Can I ask who you've been talking to at Specialty Z? Is it Sabastian by chance? If so, I actually had the opportunity to meet him as well as a few of their workers while I was out in LA working/staying with Fast Intentions. GREAT GUYS, and their work is incredible! If this is a possibility, I actually might be up for it, would just need to get on my bolt-on mods a little sooner then expected.

How soon were you thinking? //NM, just read your post about May!

Yay for the NISMO, probably gonna be 200k though

The new standard GTR wheels are hideous though, the look like they belong on an Accord or Volvo.
