All of downtown Chicago is fun. I stayed near the House of Blues and across the street from Shaw's Crab House. That whole street and the surrounding area has tons of bars and clubs.

Looks like I'll hand them the keys to the Z while I drove those beaters.

 

So anyone want to get some hockey action going? I need to get out on the ice and practice skating. I wanted to practice with Brandon, so I'll probably go find some outdoor ice near me.

 

The rink right behind my house is looking good but I'm in Chicago. I'm saying at the Hyatt regency. Last night we went to the second city, that was a good time.

 

Can't go wrong in Chicago if you know what you're doing. I like the night life.

Across the street from me is a rec and community center with ice rinks. Might have to check them out soon.

 

BTW, I drove this bad boy Thursday evening from Elk River to the MSP airport. It was challenging.

Nothing catches my eye, I already had a $100 gift card to Bass pro shop form last years Coke rewards and I just claimed another $100 for this Christmas special they had going. I wish we had one here and Id put it into a new gun but the closest store is in IA like 250 miles away. Id rather take a couple hunny off a new shotgun but I guess it will go into ammo, but that's ok too but now I'll need more ammo cans.

I'm sure there's some good ice near us, especially now. I have nothing going on all day, so I may go for a walk over to Hayes.

My MIL just flew in last night. We made her get a ticket to fly up here. She's not doing so well, and we figured that she would be better close to family. Looks like our family schedule just got busier.
