Good times last night. Got pretty drunk by the end of it.

Next one will be in January. I may have to learn how to play by then.

Well I guess I'll try to liven this place up a little bit. I think I'm getting close to the wall of "Affordable" gains here. So far I now have a Z1 clutch + flywheel, JTW pop charger, and APS test pipes. I was thinking for this spring getting a 5/16ths spacer and a tune at that point (the tune is something that is recommended when you start changing up airflow, correct?). I seems like any other bolt ons are pushing the $500+ range, and I feel like I should get some more driving experience under my belt before I start changing too many things. I guess what I'm trying to ask is would it be worth it for the spacer and tune? I know I'm not going to get crazy super mega JDM sick gains br0, but at that point it would be just enough to feel a difference in the butt to seat-o-meter?

do all your breathing mods before you tune, you are probably a little lean now but when you add the spacer it will lean out more

^ as it stands right now, I don't plan on doing anymore breathing mods for a while, which is why I'm wondering if the spacer and tune would be worth the money. If it wont produce any noticeable gains, I can just put that money towards a set of SSR's that were recommend a while back

it will make it more responsive, and you will gain some. when i tuned mine the first time i got like 9 HP, then i changed up almost everything and after a retune i gained 9 more (286 final number on mustang dyno). find out how much retunes are, the guy that did mine charges $150 for them. if you can get tuned for $500 i would be all over it, mine was $700

Was that price for just the labor? or are you including purchasing the tuning licensing and all that jazz?

Sweet, And the tune, while it can add power, is really more for engine health and longevity, if I'm understanding that right?

i know they can adjust timing, afr, throttle response, raise the redline, remove the speed limiter, if you have cruise control and they can in different banks (i have 5)

i am sure there is alot more technical stuff that i am missing, but that is the jist
