if you were using a house ball, I'm assuming that it was just a little small and your finger got caught a little bit in it on your release. If it looks like it is still swelling , just ice it a little, if the pain doesn't go away soon, just make sure you have movement in your fingers without pain, otherwise tendon/ligament damage may be an issue

The holes were actually bigger, so I may have gripped it too hard and did some damage. I can move the finger, but it's definitely stiff. I iced it as soon as I got home.

Hey everyone, just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Aaron, 20 years old and I live in California currently, but last year lived in Owatonna, Minnesota as I played ice hockey out there for the season. As boring as it was at times and freezing coming from California I actually do miss it. After I moved back to California I bought a 2006 magnetic black base model z. One previous owner, and 49,000mi on it. Love the car and love this site. Just thought it'd be cool to see what's going on in minny, and see if there are any other hockey players with a Z.
