What'cha doin'? Sneaky sneaky stuff?

 

Blah. Was trying to do something with that exhaust. The xpipe project did not work. I got a chance to look underneath again, and we decided that the new piping was not going to do what I wanted. I also found out that the tin rattling noise is actually coming from the passenger side muffler. Apparently, there are 2 pieces of the tips that are welded or glued together inside the muffler. It's slightly loose, hence the rattling. ****ing annoying. It's been like that forever.

I did help install a Fast Intentions cbe on Dawn's G35x. Sounds great. I was jealous.

So this means I may start looking for another exhaust.

No problem, Joe. I like getting under there and tinkering. I guess if one spends that much money on a system, it SHOULD sound pretty good.

I guess I'll have to do some research for a CBE and figure out what will keep that VQ tone.

 

Sorry to hear Dave, I guess you didn't see where I posted that the bigger one was needed. I didn't know you bought just the x piece.

 

I guess I need to pay better attention to the details. Oh, well.

I bought an ejection port cover plate today. It's customized.

 

Saw a red Lambo Murc (I think) behind me by the AVHS. Then that blue Viper with the white stripes drove by my house.

 

What exhaust do you have now? I'm not a fan of the Borla that's on my car right now, if you're at all interested.

It sounds good.. but true duals are HEAVY.

 

Alternator and belt done=new Red Top from Oreilly I made them warrantee as well 3 seasons is not ok for an AGM to contort and fkn melt.
p.s. alt not so bad, gave ment reason to rip extra $hit off, but nice to have a 2 post to use it on.

Took the bike out of storage today. Needs a little work done before I can do some actual cruises with it but it was nice to be on two wheels again

 

Saw lots of bikes out today.

 

Went to rice killers. The nissan infiniti guys and girl had a good turnout. Some nice *** cars there but it was a **** show when everyone was leaving. It sounded great but I'm sure the locals didn't appreciate it very much.

 

Who is all going to b4b? I'd like to park together

 

I dont care much for the G forums, buncha arrogant little boys with too much money.

What kind of bike? I've had mine out here and there. Rode to work today, that was a bit chilly.

I'll be there as long as I don't run into anymore problems this week. Had to overnight new wheel hubs and studs, should have them today.

 

1 more month till i have my feet on American soil. and then its the race to get y car done before i miss ever more meets and events.
