if you haven't tried a 15lb before, I can give you one of my old ones (i have plenty, trust me) if you want to just try out that weight. If you get it plugged and re drilled for your hand if would only be maybe $50? Or I can point you in the direction of a trustworthy pro shop. All you guys are down in the Burnsville area, right?

Thanks, man. We'll see how it goes. I'm leaving town for over a week and won't have time to do anything for a while.

I actually thought it would be fun to play in a league and looked at buying a ball, but I've got so much stuff going on including home improvement projects and trips and what not that I couldn't schedule it in. Wish I could.

Howdy gang! Got the z outta storage this weekend with the great weather so I figured I'd stop by and say hi. I haven't been on in forever. Read a few pages up, terrible new Aaron... i still drive the Z, even if it is only 1k miles or so a year =). I see two medium scratches on the front pass fender that are new so I'm looking for a place in the south burbs that can do that and restore my headlights and give the car paint restoration. I'm gonna look for a Groupon this spring if a good shop has a deal. Any reccomendations?

Yup, officially AV like you, but I'm right on the border. I thought it was maybe a year or two, but it's probably been a good 3+ years since I was on. I had an old PM from you that was unread from 2012 for a scavenger hunt style rally, lol.

Well, I don't know if I HAVE to, but..... =D
I'm that chubby, pink, Irish guy that has a 2004.5 black enthusiast. I added just basic na mods; intake, plenum spacer, and test pipes. I have Hotchkis suspension and Racing Brakes BBK front and rear. Maybe the most notable tho is the bronze powder coated G35 19" forged Rays that I have and a Nismo front lip. I was never super involved but always around here and there. I just passed over 61k miles, and I got it with 23k after the 1st owner had it for a year in CA, so I'm averaging a geriatric-corvette-owner style 4k miles per year. You could call me a car hoarder, but I'll go with an "entusiast." Luckily my wife doesn't mind. I have the 350z, a 95 miata (working on custom turbo), an '89 323 gtx (Aaron's favorite), a 2004 Mini Cooper S (heavily modified since you guys saw it and I think you might've been the one that chipped the windshield outside that Lakeville theater =P), and my daily driver, a 2013 Ford Fusion. Just put the summer wheels on that tonight. I have a hard time getting rid of what I think is fun... so I just don't. =D

So, im having a strange issue with my Z. My searching here hasn't yielded any results so far. But I'm experiencing grinding when I shift from into 6th gear (most commonly from 5th into 6th), and ONLY when I have my shift **** held over all the way to the right side. If I be careful and just guide it a little left while still allowing me to shift into 6th, I have no issue. Its an audible and felt grinding in the ****, but not in the pedals, as my clutch pedal is still fully depressed. This also sometimes causes trouble shifting into reverse, as it seems like it will just not fully go into the gear. The reverse lights turn on, but it will boot me back to neutral if I try to move at all. It will usually let me shift into reverse after a couple of tires though.
Any ideas?

I am almost past the issues with the motor. my new setup is ready to go in the car as I type this. might push the car around from storage to the shop tonight actually.... depending on how muddy it is out side.
I am not sure your budget, but rasky's does some damn fine work:

yoyoyoyo OK, winter is depressing so yall know I ditch the season, the acreage is a fkn FT job, and well went septic=42 days of outdoor plumbing, plus building shop from the warehouses and barns and existing shop has been killing my time...have some fun ****, and will be your official crash out spot for C&C or at least parking spots if needed as most ole timers here know where my ranch is now---I plan on hosting a meet up and crank out some parts for all of us etc after Dominican Wedding pending in 4 weeks, WTF
