Southeast Michigan Meet and Eat

Sounds good. The Z hibernates in the winter so I'll have to bring the RX-8.

So I never saw anyone who looked like they were looking for anyone... and I never saw Brian or an RX-8 in the lot.

The museum is pretty spiffy! I have been there many times for the IMAX but never anywhere else. Of the few open hoods there were only a couple that were interesting.

 

Oh Jesus! I completely forgot. This thread slid down the list with no reminders. Sorry about that guys. I ended up going to the range on Saturday and shooting the .30-06 for an hour. I would have rather done this.

I stole your meet. We all have a short attention span so you have to sign on often and keep the meet on our minds. If you let a week go by between posts, it doesn't happen.

Tomorrow, a bunch of us are meeting up at Double Action Sports to go shooting at an indoor range. Not sure who is attending but you're more than welcome to join in.

Meet time is 10am at Double Action. You can rent a gun there if you'd like or bring your own. Rental pistols are like $25 + ammo. No license required. I'll be bringing a Remington 700 bolt action in the rifle range. I'll be in tan pants and a black sweater. Look for a 6'4" white guy fitting that decription. LOL

I know what you mean, it's very difficult. I just decided to post one site up on Facebook to keep people up to date on what's going on.

 

My dad went to this. Said it was AWESOME! Have you made it to the show yet DoubleJ?

 

I wouldn't exactly call it AWESOME... Pretty cool maybe... I expected a lot more open hoods.

I was way more impressed by the generators.

 

I can't remember what motor my father saw that he was going on and on about. Its the entire reason why he went. I was going to go also but saving the vacation days for later.
