So this thread obviously targets those who live in Minnesota and the surrounding states. I bring you all here to talk about a possible group idea. I currently am stationed in Japan (Navy) and have been for a few years and have gone to and seen alot of street style shows. Anyways - getting to the point - it brought an idea to me to start up a joint effort group for auto enthusiasts/street ran boys and girls. This group ONLY targets "Japanese auto makes and models" So here is the proposal -

"Phantom Racing Import Club" otherwise known if decals were manufactured to advertise:

" P.R.I.C "

or just

"Phantom Racing"



--The just of it would be a club of people who could get together for spring/summer/fall meets for a meet and greet, some bbq, drinks, and overall fun then hit the streets at night-- It would be a club for those who are proud of their Japanese auto makes. I love Japan and I wish someday you all can visit here. (I originally am from Mankato, Minnesota) Anyways - lets hear some comments or ideas. Please and thank you all! Have a good one.

we've got the twin cities z club already. and we welcome all makes and models to come to our meets.... the problem with having a more mixed name club like mn sport compact for example is that while most of the people are somewhat mature it only takes one idiot to ruin it for everyone. we all do a little "spirited" driving but i think that our group (tczc) really does a good job about where and when we play. anyone else care to comment?

 

Yeah I rather stick with tczc, pric sounds the same as mnsc.

 

Fair enough - I have been away for a few years and I was part of the group FIVEZEROSEVEN.com - but they disbanded while I have been in Japan - Maybe ill look into TCZC

 

You're more than welcome to hang with us or throw some ideas into group events. What you described in the first post is basically what we do.

Yep, I've thrown a few meets, parties, and club events at my house. Heck, we can even drive down to Mankato and bring 'Japan' to your neck of the woods.

For him to import that skyline - it would have to go through crash tests - basically they crash your car and you pay the cost to fix it - among other things like replacing the current windshield with tempered, emissions..ect...anyways - Ben, I am Mike, stationed at Atsugi Naval Air Base. (Main island Honshu Japan) US NAVY, part of HS-14 helicopter anti-submarine squadron - just two weeks ago we had a detachment visit you guys on Kadena - a bunch of ugly navy seahawks...you see them? Hit me up man. =)
