Thursday is a no-go for me. I have high level guests in the office tomorrow, thursday and during the day on Friday. If we can make it on Friday, say 7-8pm in Novi, then I can make it. I can't stay late as I have an early Sat AM flight to Cancun.

BTW: If you choose Thursday at B-dubs in Novi, I may be able to stop by around 9pm. We are taking the President of our division in Japan out to the Chop House for dinner. Should be done by then.

 

Brian you do know we're talking about next Thursday, not this Thursday right?

If you really can't make it, we'll have to change the date because the President should be there. And hopefully you got some info back from Windy City Z

 

Doh! Sorry, not running on much sleep prepping for this meeting.

I land in Detroit at 7:23pm on July 15th. (Unless you want a 9pm meeting at B-dubs in Ypsi - LOL) This one might not work out.
Friday the 16th is a better possibility. Not sure on the 17th at this time. May be flying to Asia.

I know I'm small potatoes in the Z world, but I did specifically block out time in my schedule to be able to make it on Thursday, July 15. 9 Pm is a little late to start, IMO. I could definitely do 8:30 in Ypsi/AA, though.

If it has to be on Friday, I'll see if I can make it.

I'm looking forward to meeting y'all if I can.

 

What about Sunday the 18th? Obvioulsy, if Brian is flying out to Asia he can't make a meeting on the 18th.

 

Brian would you be able to Come straight from the airport on the 15th? If so then we can always start first and have you finish the meeting up.

I am going to start traveling a ton as well for work..

 

if it's during the week, it'll be 50/50 as to whether i can make it or not. some days we're slammed at work and i don't get out until late, other times i'm out by my usual 5:30-6.

 

There's hope, I'm not booked or agendas set yet. But then again, my last trip was booked two days before.

If it's in Ypsi, off Exit 183, I can make it at a reasonable time.

Alright so it looks like just Brian will be out. However, he has all the info regarding memberships / bylaws.

So does everybody else think we should still have the meeting? Or wait till Brian is available?

I would think getting Scott there is pretty important as his rendering will be the next big step for the club.

Seems like weekdays will be questionable for alot of people.
I will not be able to attend I will be in Cinncy for a work trip that day.
