Frankenmuth is a good idea! I know my way around there pretty well, my ex bf was from there. It would be a fun place to drive around/hang out in! Is this a for sure event??

I will go on Wednesday then. I Am going to attempt to put my nitrous back in this evening. I don't think it will take me too long as it is already wired and the lines are run. I will just have to re route the wiring to the dash. It also does not look like I will have my window switch hooked up. If the weather holds I am in!!
that air bag light might get annoying to you after a while, specially after all your friends point it out to you over and over again. thats what made me take it in and get it reset, but i didnt have to pay anything.
imma slap on those mickey thompsons tonight. i need to get the bottle filled too. i actually need to make a stand or something for underneath the bottle because its not very sturdy. i dont think ill wash it either because i always come back home with a nice thick coat of dried bug juice all over the windshield and bumper.
how much did ur window switch run? i tried spraying in 1st gear a few times and it made the tires spin like crazy and i bounced off the rev limiter. i might need the window switch if im going to spray in 1st.

it was in my celica way back when i had it. i took it to the dealership....no charge. the car is under warranty. anything they need to do on it should be covered, even if it is an airbag light.

Mike I hope I get my car together. If not I will just run stock, Well kinda stock on slicks. Chadi the MSD switch cost me like $25 on Ebay plus $35 to mod it to work with our cars. I need 2 rpm pills to get it to work. I am looking for a 2800 and a 6000 rpm pill. I may buy a couple of adjustable ones for $20 a pc from JEGS. There is a newer Window switch that does not need pills, I think it is around $89 but it works right out of the box. I will be there at 4 pm when the gates open. I can leave whenever I feel like it. That is the one good thing about working for myself. A link to the digital window switch on Ebay!!

What a night!! 4AM I went to bed. Nitrous is 90% installed. I just have to hook up the switchs and put the bottle and bracket in the car. I hope I have some time today to get that done! See yah at the Track!!
blah. i didnt go to bed til 5am. had some relatives visiting from out of state. they're addicted to playing cards. i would rather of been wokring on my car. if i fall asleep half way down the track, you know why.

Track was fun. It was my first time. 14.4. Very bad. I will improve. Next time will be on August 14th at Xceedspeed's Milan day. Maybe we can bbq at my house afterwards. I only live 10 miles from the track.

I need to get an idea of how many people will be going so I can ask them to block off some space in the parking lot for us. Also if enough people show maybe even ask them to hold tables for us. If that date is not good for many let me know what might be better and I will post for the majority to decide. Where did you say you got that roll of silver stuff that you put on the front grill ? Was it Autozone ? There is no Autozone close by so I want to make sure before driving to Sterling Heights...

track was a lot fun. a bit packed, but ok.
mike, terry and FINALLY jason showed up. i like that xceedspeed & bbq idea. im definately in for that one. we need to start planning for it early though. no more last minute crap. lets get some people to show up to this one ok????? thanks. great.
i know of 2 car clubs that will be there on that day. xceedspeed is 1 and the other is team revolution. should be an interesting import day.
not a bad day at the track ET wise. out of 5 runs, worst time was a 12.93 @ 104mph then a 12.75, the last 3 runs were 12.65, 12.62 and 12.69. all traps were in the 108.xx mph area. still some tweaking to be done. that and some colder temps and i should be below 12.5 without a problem. 87 degrees is a bit too spicy for the z.
