any gains from this? I always hear back and forth on intakes with the HR. Most people say keep the stock boxes for best performance. (noob question I know)

There are plenty of threads on this topic. Short answer is no, the provide little to no gain in overall performance and in some cases shown to reduce efficiency. I have intakes in my car mainly for the look and sound. I wasn't expecting gains. It all depends on what you want out of them.

Ya thats what I kept reading is its more of a "for looks" mod than performance. Thanks.
