I love that movie. That would so be my approach if my daughter was kidnapped. Obviously, I wouldn't be able to execute my plan as effectively, but I'd damn sure try.

I've sent all information to Paypal via email and plan to send a fax copy tomorrow. I've also opened a thread on the Paypal community for advice on whether this is considered fraud or is just a bad seller. Also, I'm trying to find out what I can do to speed up the paypal review process since the seller never shipped, cancelled the shipping label, and isn't refunding my money.

He works for his dad. I've already contacted them. You don't give me much credit, Dave. I've already reached out to the local churches in his area as well, asking them to pray for his soul.
Plus the honest people in a community should know about the liars/thieves that are in their midst.
I haven't quite made it through private messaging all 523 of his facebook friends asking them to pray for him and encourage him to do the right thing.
He seems like a tormented soul and there is a lot of hate and anger that he's struggling with.
****EDIT: OP raised concerns that this was a threat. The praying for his soul was never meant to be a threat to his life or anything like that. It was sincerely a hope that the honest folks in his community would pray for him to come to his senses and handle this appropriately. ****

He lives in Wayne, NJ right near Wayne Hills High School and works in Kanilworth, NJ at the corner of Market and Fairfield. Went to high school in Marlboro, NJ. His sister lives in Everette, NJ. Not sure if any of that is close to you or not. Keep an eye out for some interesting items in their local newspapers if you live in that area.

I have just been contacted by another member on the forum who is having the same problem with ch1215g not delivering items that were paid for. In the interest of privacy, I won't divulge the person's name, but he is also submitting a paypal dispute against ch1215g. Additionally, I have found ch1215g selling the same item to multiple different people via different forums and have alerted admins on each of the forums where he is a member.
