Default Good shops in Jersey

I am located in Central Jersey, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a good all-around aftermarket shop. Someplace who specializes in engine work, kits, rims, etc.? Anyone have any recomendations?

NJDAN, this is off topic but have you had any issues with the UR crank pulley? i was thinking about it, but lots of people have said it'll mess with the balance, etc etc.

I have had no problems with the pulley. It really makes the car rev up faster.

Yeah Myers is my local shop, I live in West Windsor, but they kind of suck for imports, they are better for muscle cars and trucks.

What kind of place is that velocity speed sports?

just get the directions off mapquest, you would take either route 1 or 130 to rt 18 south and it's right off 18

If you take rt 18 south from rt1 go about 6 miles and u will see signs for Spotswood take the turn off rt 18 get to the end and make a right, go about 1/2 mile and the shop is on the right hand side.Call Jay and let him know when you are coming, they will be there all weekend installing the APS TT kit. I'm from West Windsor too, MRC is close....basically take rt 1 down and it's not that far off it as NJDAN said. I would highly recommend them over Myers.

I'm from West Windsor too! I don't know anyone whos had any performance work done at Myers, only stuff like tinting, wheels... I don't even know if they do involved work like turbo installs and engine rebuilds. The Hamilton shop is pretty much a store front, and the last time I went to the Trenton shop, it didn't look like there was alot going on.

If you didn't mind the drive up to North Jersey- Bergenfield. ATX Motorsports is really good. They know tons about the 350Z and do a lot of customs on them. They can order wheels, body kits, turbos, do mechanics and a paint shop.

Yah, heard some great things about ATX but all I'm doing is a greddy front lip, was hoping to go somewhere closer since it shoudln't be a difficult job. If I were doing a full bodykit then I would definitely do ATX.
I second MRC, had my exhaust installed there, nice guys.
