I'm going if at all possible. I thought that last year's event was great. Endless runs for those who showed. Seems like the heat was against us then...

 

At noontime it is pouring at the track. Official word is CANCELLED.

A new date will be posted in a week or two for Sept or Oct. It will be a merged event like todays was scheduled being all the dates for them have been committed.

If we want a Nissan/Infiniti Day like what was scheduled for June then a date at the begining of Nov will be available. They are giving us our choice which after two cancellations due to weather imo I think is nice of them. I mean after this weather cancellation they could of just said screw it, you had your chance.

 

Its not meant to be....

 

Thanks for the update. I really wanted to attend the full event this year. Rain rain rain.

On another note. MRC will you post up when you run @ englishtown. I would like to see how the tt operate when under distress . I need to decide if a tt or s/c will be in my future.

I went over to the racetrack just hopeing that there might be someone else there, but not a single soul was there. Oh well, I only like 30 miles from the track and I had nothing else to do b/c I thought I was going to spend the evening at the track. Oh well. Theres a cruse next weekend from DE to a state park in MD. Its not that far. Check theDeleware Meet - Elk Neck State Park thread. Later Guys.

 

Sorry you made the trip for an empty track. At noon time they were in the process of shutting things down for the day......
