That was more important to me than the hp #'s because I was considering more breathing mods. I guess a dyno day is more about participation and quantity, in order to achieve that, over quality. I didn't realize that since I've never been to one. I should have set up an appointment for a diff. day to come down and spend more time with it. That's my fault. BTW thanks a lot for getting my buddy's GTI on there and the stragglers that he brought.
Also, 243.4HP..my anemic #...-13% is 211. How can that be. That means w/ JWT intake, 5/16th Motordyne isothermal spacer, lightened crank pulley, and Nismo exhaust. That means w/ 211HP X's 20% drivetrain loss that puts me at 253 @ the crank w/ mods. Stock 287 crank w/ 20% drivetrain loss would put me @ 229.6HP. It seems that the 243 that you stated is right on(dynojet corrected). That would put me at 305crank which is 18 more than stock. That sounds right. But I've heard that dynojet #'s are inflated..it doesn't seem so to me. Please enlighten me, I don't know much about dyno's...obviously. Do you guys know how Nissan rates their engines??

Another factor is the "right" combination of mods..Im not a huge fan of anything Nismo,or the JWT pop Charger to tell you the truth.I have seen cars loose HP with intakes..Its all variable..

The biggest impression for my first time to MRC was the extra work they do for their customers. By far, thats the best shop I've been to in the NJ/PA area. Besides the late night, everything was great, Julian even sold me the last polished plenum!!! Got it off the wall haha. Work was done perfectly by matt and dave who I give props to. Im goin back in a few weeks for an exhaust and complete transmission/differential fluid changes and my CF Splitter install. 290 for an isothermal motordyne kit installed! and 199 for a polished plenum installed! thats the best deal Ive got on the Z.
