ethan got some connections and managed to get himself and myself into the show car last aprill in ny . when they wouldent let anyone near the car.
so im hoping he can do the same here, but i havent heard from him hes the moderator on this site ethan84ae

 

Got up close and personal with the Roadster today.

Two observations:

1. The Nissan people were of NO help, but did mention that it will start at 34K; no leather, brembros, etc. Not worth it. With all options it will probably be 40K!!!!

2. Looking at the paint, I didn't notice any orange peel. But I could have just missed it.

Get there early! I went at 1 today. SO MANY PEOPLE ALL OVER. Not really around the convertible, but around the Z and the Maximas.

Things to check out:

Ford Lighting. WOW! GOD I hope that's production!

Mustang is probably the ugliest car next to the RX-8.

Mercery has a pretty cool concept car.

STI looks pretty mean!

Normal Super Car displays.

 

Totaly dissapointing car show Only 1 roadster there, up on a pedastal so you can't even sit in it. BMW had 4 Z4's on the floor that were entirely accssible, Porsche likewise....

What's up with the BIG debut Nissan?????

 

they did have 3 coupes to sit in. i wassent impressed by the roadster i guess its cause i had my car almost a year now.

i was surprised BMW let everyone manhandle there Z4,S and they were being manhandled.

even the RX8,S were being manhandle.

mercury had a nice concept chevy did too but THEY WILL NEVER BUILD IT .

THE FERRARI,S STOLE THE SHOW.

what sucked the most was the DODGE TOMAHAWK.

the motorcycle was sitting like 20 feet in the air you couldent get any good photos of the thing.

I EXSPECIALLY LIKED THE BRITISH CHICK by the auston martin DB7 she said she wished she could be outside on such a nice day i offered her a nice afternoon dinner but she diddent bite somthing ABOUGHT A HUSBAND AND STUFF
