Will, how's this coming along?

 

I cannot get the director of the park to call me back......I will try again tomorrow..but we may have to look into another spot....

 

im in .. let me know if you guys need any help with anything ..

 

I maybe interested pending date and location.

If you can't get him to call you back then why is it our fault? We should just go and do our thing. If he doesn't want to call back, that is the DoP&R's problem. We shouldn't change our spot because he isn't doing his job IMO.

 

Got a meeting this thursday to discuss pricing and location...there are 2 parks..sage and one down the street...both with in a mile or two...I will let everyone know after thursday...

Will's working on solidifying a location which is the most important part of this. He mentioned to give him until Thursday.

The only hangup is that we will all need to pitch in for food and possibly insurance for the park...details to come..

 

Food is no problem. Insurance can be an issue. Let me know what they tell you. When I looked into it they wanted $500.

 

I freakin went there appt based and the guy left for lunch....

then they told me to come back and I did...then he went home early...

If that is the case I say we still go. I mean Will has done everything and anything to get this going, and they are just doing everything possible to BS their way out of it at this point. We've done our due diligence at this point.

 

This sounds cool, when will the final date be picked???
