Too bad he isn't in CT. I currently have Geico, but from the quotes I have gotten online from Allstate, they weren't even close to touching Geico.

Anyway he can refer me to a CT agent perhaps, that would still give me a deal?

Sorry guys, what Rick does for us is unique. He can chime in if he personally knows any other Allstate agents that are friendly to mods and whatnot, but I would doubt it.

bump! got another co-worker setup for a quote!

Yeah, you can. I was already with Allstate and switched to Rick. He helped optimize my policy to save me over what I was already paying. What he'll do is write the policy, then you end up calling Allstate to authorize an agent change. Once they do that, his policy goes into effect.

I saved about 1200....very good record, only 1 ticket on it. NJ just screws you hard. GEICO was the lowest for me in VA, but not NJ

I was paying over 3k for insurance. NJ ****s you with this 'always at fault' law. basically even if you get in an accident that is really an accident (I got a flat and the car slid into a street sign), you take the blame for it if you claim against it. I also had some speeding tickets I think.

I am 24 now and NJ really penalizes younger drivers and males, and the Z is one of the most expensive cars to repair apparently.

paying an insane amount for insurance is a way of life in NJ.
