Does anyone know for sure how NJ inspections are being done now? I've heard two different stories:

1. They pass you as long as you aren't throwing any codes/CEL
2. They sniff and fail you for having test pipes

What's the deal? I'm due this month

I would guess that you will not pass, but I could be wrong...

 

YOUR DONE!!! lol you will fail. every place is strict in jersey with a/f ratio

 

theres a bunch of places that have the nice inspection

but its up to you if you want to pay 200.00

thats the cheapest i found

You'll pass mine did last time, knock on wood.

 

I passed. I took my z to the inspection station over on 130 your in and out within 20 minutes

 

i gotta go get an inspection in August.... where did you go?

 

RT 130 South Brunswick...as long as you dont go from 11:30-1:00 during the week your in and out of there fast
