What camber/toe kit would you recommend thats reasonably affordable and decent quality?
I have no issues driving around the city with my car. I live in center city and have the Eibach Prokit which gives a 1" - 1.1" drop. As long as you pay attention to where your going you'll be fine with a moderate drop.
I have the SPC rear camber kit and it's basically all you need unless your going with a serious drop then you'll need the front camber kit, which is much more complicating with knock issues on a lot of them. If your going with slightly greater than a 1" drop then get the camber kit for some piece of mind, but if your going with a lot more than that it's no question what you should do unless your last name is Firestone.
