i'll pay you to bump my idle!

 

im not sure if this system works like you think it does. When you plug the accessport into your OBD2 port it "marries" itself with that car. You would need to de-install it on the owners car, wiping his car of any reflashes...so when you have your idle bumped up and then de-install the accessport, it'll leave your car with your orginnal idle.

ohh , that sucks. i can't seem to find a nissan dealer on long island thats capable of doing it with the consult

 

If your car is a 2004.5 then it will not be able to bump the idle unless you reflash to the newer ECU software version at Nissan..Or do a reflash..

 

no Julian its an 03 and you have raised it for me in the past but after my ecu fried (long story), I'm back to 700 rpm. For some reason the two dealers I went to on long island don't know how to do it

Too bad your in NY, I know how to do it, lol, and my Nissan that my dealership owns lets me use there equipment cause I'm acting parts manager there when the other guy takes off.
