Formula Drift is coming back to Jersey this year!! This is the official thread to get the word out, see whos going, and arrange a meeting spot somewhere close to the track so we can roll in together.



I drove down from Boston & met a few my350z people for the event last year at Wall Speedway and it was amazing!!

Ticket prices start at $25 and you can also get reserved seating. Reserved seating will save a purchased seat for the entire event so you will not have to worry about losing your seat. Tickets can be purchased on Formula Drifts website or at the gate.

Put your name on the list if you plan on attending, and somebody from the Englishtown area maybe you could suggest a meeting spot for before the event, and maybe an idea for after

Hmmm...I might have to look into this. Never been to a drift event and Englishtown is 2-2.5 hrs away.

Already purchased by ticket, went last year as well, really enjoyed it. Turns out as i was rolling in, a few Z guys rolled in at the same time - all parked in the same area.

Best best would probably be like a rest area somewhere on the TPKE...

 

Let me give everyone a tip if you have never been, Dont go in the morning. Qualifying takes a long time. The racing doesnt start until late in the afternoon. It is very cool and a must for anyone in the Tri State area. It is a really cool event

Im down and live in the Englishtown area. We could meet up mayb at the Shoprite on Route 9 & Union Hill Road. Then we could just take Union Hill Road all the way down to the track. Should be less traffic that way too.

If I can get someone to ride with me I might. Its a good 2.5 hrs each way so I rather not go alone.
