What's up? posted this question in another forum too but hoping to get a few more responses... anyone have good experience with a shop in CT? I want to get front/rear camber kits installed and am looking for a good place to go. Got a few recommendations from another forum but the shops I called all seemed to be inexperienced working on these cars..
Thanks for any responses.

Pruven Performance is in Milford
http://www.pruvenperformance.com/
they have done lots of work on Supras and are Certified on HKS site to tune F-Cons... as far as their work with Z's? i have no idea.. alot of Supra Tuners have tried to tune Z's and blown them up because supra's can take a beating and VQ's are very touchy.. but i can't speak on Pruven.. i don't know much of the Z work.. just supra's..
XXTuning has mix reviews.. I heard great reviews from them.. i have also searched the Subaru Board and notice they blew up a couple Subaru's.. but then they will probably say that tuner has left.. however this was back in 2005 when i was doing reseach on getting my turbo done.. Vic has never had a problem with them.. but then again i dont' know how many Z's they have done apart from Vic's.. XXTuning is also on this forum..
TheShop in Norwalk has blown up about 2 350z's.. just wanted to get that out there incase you looked them up and saw they work on Z's..
to me MRC was a no brainer.. they have done hundreads of 350z's .. proven record.. so driving 2 hours wasn't a probelm if i wanted my car running properly..
but if you are only doing suspension work.. these CT Shops should be able to help you

^^I've heard good things about Pruven, and they were also recommended on some other G/Z sites so I was leaning that way.. I figure it should be fairly hard to F up camber kits for any reputable shop, but its always nice to know that they have some experience working on the particular type of car you have... thanks again for the feedback

As for suspension work - you should be able go just about anywhere.
Are you looking to set the car up for AutoX or Road Racing? or just trying to get it back to factory specs to avoid tire wear from lowered ride height?
I'm sure Pruven, or XXTuning will be able to help you out if you are just looking to have the parts installed and a convetional alignment done. If you plan on going to the track with it search around for some alignment specs and find a shop that has some experience setting up track cars.

Camber kit is a DIY. Get some jackstands and a dremel. Voila.
Then go somewhere and get it aligned (anywhere). If you still don't want to DIY, then one of those shops above will do -- its hard to mess up suspension. It isn't like they are building your TT then tuning it.

I agree; it's a waste of money to pay someone to do it - it's hard to screw up. Take the time and do it yourself - for the cost of a dremel you can pretty much buy the adjustable arms with no need to oblong any holes... making it an even easier install.
