I posted feelers up for this, didnt get much back about dates that were not good.

I feel that the chapter VPs should start a thread polling their state asking what date would work best for their chapter. Once stats have been gathered, the chapter VP's should meet with the President to figure what day would work best for the group, at which point an offical date should be set.

Agree/Disagree?

 

Hummm Sunday, Saturday works so much better for me coming all the way from NJ. Gives me some time to rest on Sunday after a long day of driving.
