Bayshore Corvair club is holding its 17th annual open track event on 10/10/08 at Pocono's north course. I've attended this event several times and have had a great time. They are short on entree's this year. If anyone is interested and would like more info please let me know or go to www.bayshorecorvair.org

The cost is $250 and you get about 110 min of track time. All makes and models welcome

That looks like alot of fun but i cant get the time off from work. Do they do this every year at the same time?

 

I might be interested, Im going to see if i can get off for that day. Do they rent helmets or do i have to buy one? Also seeing that my car is turbo do i need a fire jacket?I would really like to go to one before the year is over.

 

Yes they do have this event every year, but they don't rent helmets. Not sure about the fire jacket. You may want to shoot them an email

 

Do you know if the North Course is the one were you take the main straight, turns 1 and 2, then into the infield??
