Official T350GZ Fall Mnt Run - Sunday, OCTOBER 12th
Start Date: Sunday October 12th
Start Time: 7:30AM We will depart at 8:00 AM SHARP
Starting Point : BAYSIDE EXPO CENTER, 200 Mount Vernon St, Dorchester, MA
Travel: Approx. 2 hrs 30 Mins to Lincoln, NH, about 135 miles
(We will go through 3 to 4 toll booths total of $2 - $3 all together)
We will be making a few stops within the 2hrs for gas, restroom breaks, etc.
Once we get to Lincoln, NH we will stop for lunch, gas, restrooms, etc (Around 11:30) as there is nothing on the Kang. Hwy.
We will then travel the entire length of the Kang. Hwy (about 35 miles, 1 hr 30 min drive, stopping in a couple rest areas for group pictures!)
I figure around 4:00 - 4:30 pm we will arrive at the end of the Kang. Hwy.
I have 8 walkies that we can use for people in the front, middle and ends of the caravan.
More details will follow. Directions, maps, etc. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks Chick for posting this up.
Departure will be 8am sharp! No exceptions. If you are late, make sure you get someones number to call so you can catch up.
I hope that everything goes smoothly.
FAQ:
A.
You should be fine.
We will have it set up with those who have been on previous Mnt Runs (2-3) and feel comfortable with thier car will be upfront. Those with only 1 or 2 Mnt Runs will be in the middle of the pack and first timers in the back as to not hold up the rest. We will have walkie talkies strategically given to those throughout the pack as not to get lost if left behind.
This year is a new route for us. Chick Fyln By U has mapped out the run and I believe has driven it earlier this summer. She would have more specific details. If it is anything like the old route, there will be some serious white knuckle driving, followed by lags for a little and breaks.
I highly recommend giving your car a once over (oil, brakes, lights, ect.) before the run. Its just good practice. We have had people blow their engines and have been left waiting in east bumfcuk, waiting for AAA.
Like I have stated in previous posts, we are not wreckless and that will not be tolerated, but we will have fun. You have to be honest with your self, car, and driving ability when choosing where in the pack you fit in. If leaders see someone who doesnt fit in with a pack, we will ask you to either join another pack ahead or behind, as to not disturb everyone else.
We are out to have fun and enjoy our cars, especially since its the end of the season. Look forward to seeing everyone there! Little over 1 week away!!!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We will NOT TOLERATE childish driving. If you have been warned more than once you will be asked to leave.
Thanks,
T350GZ

I'm all over it. Just want to make sure that this is a definite because I know that there was another post about a similar run happening on the 5th. I can't make it on the 5th, but I can definitely do the 12th. Can someone confirm that this not a typo? I'll see if I can get my hands on a Motorola walkie-talkie.
