Anyone Know a good shop with dyno to take my Z to? Im also going to need a place to install some after market mods that I wont be able to install myself. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.

Im installing my UR Pulleys and 5/16th motordyne plenum spacer, i also have a pop charger will any of these places be able to give a basic tune so im not running lean? or if any one one LI has a COBB Acccess port that could flash my Z with a Map i have an 05 and would pay for the flash thanks.

 

come out to a sat meet at preformance motorsports in smithtown there cool doing my turbo on my car there actully doing the tune tomorow but alot of Zs meet there on sat 8 to 6 pm to just chill if u want my cell let me know

there are no cobb protuners for the Z on LI afaik

You need a Pro tuner even if i just want one of the Preset Base Maps? Also since im not all to familiar with the the Access port, is it able to do a custom tune other then the Maps you download? or can only a Pro Tuner do so?

 

no limit is whackkk, tuned my eclipse back in the day, i heard they blow stuff all the time, but performance motorsports are good people, lots of Z people go there ? im from coram ny DB z

if all you're doing is loading one of Cobb's basemaps, you don't need anyone to do it for you - it takes a few seconds to connect the accessport and upload it yourself. The Pro Tune software is something that Cobb tuners have, not end users. So, simply visit one of the places above if you want the AP custom tuned for your car. Or if you go to Performance, I think they do the Osirus tune

 

+1 good group of guys very knowledgeable. they have a good setup there.
they deal with Z's all the time, allot of members use them.
you can trust em. Andrew is a good guy very easy to deal with.
