If you go to 3M's web site you can do a search in your area for certified installers.

Default Body Dynamics in Wethersfield!!

Body Dynamics in Wethersfield CT is CT's leading installer of clear film paint protection. Visit them at www.bodydynamics.biz. I go to the shop all the time and they have done numerous 350Z's for clear film. Dan the owner does all the installs and can actually cut the kits right there. The product is lifetime warranty. Check them out!!!

I had mine done in Richmond at Concourse auto detailing. It was a little cheaper last year to get out of the dc area. the nova mobile installers where "taking advantage of supply and demand".

I was the first Z they did. back then, they were offering the "basic" kit for $599 and adding $200 for some extra custom work including: the rear wheel well fronts, 1 foot of the roof leading edge, 2 inches below the hatch back where your belt buckle rubs.

Are you happy with the clear bra? I really want a bra but concerned about fading with the regular black bra. Can you get it off if you wanted to?

Hello,

I read your post, and I can definitely help you if you are interested.

There are several kits with various options that can be installed on your 350Z. The most Basic is the "Standard Kit" for $171.00. The second is the "Deluxe kit" for $408.00. Then there are assorted "Optional Pieces” that can be installed. The Full "Optional Pieces Kit" is $142.00. Please see the 2 links below.

Basically what you are looking to do is cover areas that would be most susceptible to stones, bugs, salt, and sand. Obviously it is in my best interest if you buy every option, but I honestly wouldn't recommend it. It's really total overkill. If you were to have the entire optional pieces kit installed it would cost $142.00.

The only other options that allot of people order is #8 Cab Top for $42.00 which protects the front portion of the roof, #10 Upper Mirror for $10.00, and #11 Lower Mirror for $11.00. If you click on the link below, you will see a diagram with all the prices for everything on your car.

Just to let you know about how I do business. First, and foremost I am an automotive enthusiast, so I am probably one of the pickiest people you will ever meet. I do every car with the same precision that I would do my own vehicle. It is in my own best interest to do an exceptional job for you. I get the majority of my business from referrals from happy customers, in addition if I do not do a perfect job the first time, I will only have to come back to do it all over again.

If you let me know which kit you would like, and any optional pieces, I can give you a price for the install. Just as an example though if you were to do the Deluxe Kit with option #10 Upper Mirror, and Option #11 Lower Mirror the total cost including install would be $854.00. My work is not cheap, and you could probably find another installer who might do it for about 50-75 dollars less, but I can guarantee you will not find a better end result anywhere. The whole process takes me anywhere from about 4 to 7 hours depending on the car. A lot of other Installers whack out the job in 3 hours, but I want to make sure it is absolutely perfect, and I don’t mind taking the extra time to do the job right. I really enjoy what I do, and I derive tremendous satisfaction out of seeing my customers faces when the get their cars back after the installation.

Thanks Again,

Frank O'Grady

Default Go with Car Crafters!!

By far the best, most professional installer around. He really cares about the work he does. He was at my garage from 1pm to 8pm!! Did not leave until I was satisfied!
