Default WHY am i SLIPPING around corners with new tires?

Hey guys i have a question that is bothering me very much. I own a 350z and yesterday it was about 46 degrees pretty sunny and i was on the highway. I went around 3 tight corners on the highway, one was 90 mph, another was 70 mph and last was 40 mph and each time my back would start SLIPPING and i just got brand new tires last week. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY IT COULD BE SLIPPING???

New tires have release compounds on the surface to help the tires come off of the molds. It takes a little while for this to come off the tires. If you don't want to wait for it to wear off, use household detergent and wash the tires.

+1 on the new tires + the cold street temps. ALso how tight are these corners? 90 is actually pretty fuk1n fast to be going around tight corners.

the 90 mph was a 5 lane highway, pretty wide. But do you guys think it could be my SLIP DIFFERENTIAL by any chance? I guess it could be from the mold on the tires. It just feels like my steering is a little looser

If I were a betting man, I would say he switched from summer tires to an A/S tire and has no clue about the differences....lets wait and see

+1

Do a couple burnouts and you'll be all set.

But if you do the burnouts too soon after the tire is mounted, it can slip on rim because of the mounting lube if it has not dried completely yet and throw off the balance!

I went with the Toyo T1R's. Very sticky tire but the tread life sucks

Same thing happens to me too. I recently mounted new wheels/tires and even the slightest turns causes my slip light to come on. Some turns that I use to could take easily w/ my stocks on now cause my slip light to go off w/ my new setup.

All season tires are obviously 4x better than summer tires because all season=4/4 and summer=1/4. It's science.

Same thing happens to most Z's with new tires. After a few days of normal driving, do a few burnouts.
