Exclamation O.C.C. Caravan

Alright, well i can't organize the caravan because i'll be there with Larry setting it up... So we need some one to set up some caravan locations

Caravan from Southern CT
Caravan from Mid CT
Caravan from MA (Springfield?)
Caravan from Southern NY
Caravan from Northern NY

Latest News:
I just googled it from Springfield MA to Newburgh NY. it looks like there sending you down 91S to 84W, so you would be driving by the Berlin Turnpike in CT...

now if you can all plan it out right with Southern and Northern New Yorkers, you all could meet up @ Newburgh Mall (about 2miles away from OCC) , which is right off of 84 and also right off of 87 which is where the people from NY would be.

As stated earlier i can't coordinate every towns mini caravans to these central locations, so i'll leave that up to you guys. The above is generic locations (centralized) If anyone has any suggestions for times please post, If no answers in 3 days then i will make up the times. I am more than willing to help out anyone that has any questions and or Larry. So don't hesistate to ask!

Update as of 5/31:MA & CT Meet at Hooters then Old Navy at Newburgh Mall. Anyone coming from RI/NJ/PA/NY etc can meet the CT/MA people at the Mall for the final caravan into the show. Hooters @ 7 am Sharp:

Guys, what's the plan to get back on the highway from Hooters? The reason I'm asking is the only way I know is to either u-turn after coming out of the Hooters lot or driving straight down the pike to Rte. 9. The drive down Rte. 9 would be very time consuming.

Also, why is there a stop on 95 South? Going down Rte. 95 instead of 84W adds at least 40 miles to the trip and there is no way we would make it to Newburgh by 8:45. Also, no way we would make it to Exit 9 in Stamford at 7:30 if we leave Hooters at 7:00.

Here's my recommendation but it's up to you guys:

Park & Ride Lot (Sebethe Road, Cromwell)
Directions: Take Exit 21 (Cromwell) on Route 91S. Turn right at light. At next light (Sebethe Road) turn right. Park & Ride lot is there on the right.

The nice thing about this exit is that there is a Mobil, Burger King, Dunkin, and McDonald's plus the ramp back on to 91S is right there.

I could be wrong, but I don't think the guys meeting at hooters are going to stop at the Stamford location. Stamford is just another meeting point for the SW Connecticut guys.

The 95 spot is just for Southern CT people or lets say RI people who would take that route too.

Ultimately people should meet at the mall for the final caravan into OCC.

Anyone from Central MA will probably be taking 90 to 84...I'll be going through springfield to enfield, and meeting at hooters from there.

If anyone in the Springfield/Enfield area wants to meet and go from there, I'm down.

I'm right past the tolls once you get to CT, and they usually roll down the pike to 84 so I'll just wait on the side I won't ask them to get off if it's just me like usual in the area. That way I also don't have a 45 min ride by myself to get to the meet spot, so just to clarify MA guys aren't joining up at the Hooter's stop even though you go right by? Bigger caravans the better
