www.lightwerkz.net is close to NYC I believe. Caesar does awesome work and is very reasonably priced.

 

Lightwerkz has some really good prices, I just checked out their site. I was trying to find a gallery of Igor's but didn't find anything.

 

all of igors stuff is all over g35nyc.com type in igor go to username and check threads he does amazing work but you pay the price.

 

Caesar at Lightwerks does great work. I haven't seen anything of his on a Z or G but my buddy had him retrofit S2K projectors, paint and put in angel eyes on his Sti. That was about 3 years ago and they still look phenominal.
