Greg, I'm actually surprised you were able to wait this long before you bought a Borla. At our last meeting with Gerald and Jeff, I could see you salivating.

So, how is it?

Hey, your son seems to be having a pretty good time here. I have to get him some OR time, I'm working on it.

Oh, congrats on him getting accepted to two places.

Andrew,
Yes, I have been holding back and when I got Craig's price I decided to go for it. I was considering buying it and installing myself but I'm glad I let xxtuning do it. I have to say, just like the K&N filter, my perception is that it makes a difference. It sounds sweet too.

Thanks for helping out Jason. He just told us about the Surgeon that you hooked him up with.

Both Eduardo (Black300ZX) and Eugene (HEUGE) have offered me a ride (both still debating on whether they can make it so I'll have to make a few more death threats...) so I should be all set. If they can't, I will take you up on the offer. Thanks. I was planning on buying a fun "winter" car and drive that but I probably won't have it in time plus it is always great to shoot pictures while someone else drives (and safer too!). I'm working on the extremely difficult "Surf the roof of a car to take the picture of the caravan" shot and that is really difficult to pull off when you're driving the car!

If we are meeting at the same rest stop, I guess it couldn't hurt to post my picture of the rest stop again. Any idea on a time? 9 AM would get us there around 11ish with my normal "late" factor figured in.

The rest stop is 8.6 miles from the toll booths at 128 and is between the Natick and Framingham exits.

I was watching him too, he didn't know whether he was coming or going.....to a point of panic.......take 3 deep breaths Greg and you’ll feel the Borlas under you soon

BTW, cleared the clutter in my message box

ROGER: Great! Hope they both make it. Should be a good time. Victor always seems to have the Midas touch when it comes to meets.

I think 9am should be fine too.

Greg, Glad to hear you finally got the Borla. Did you get to do any dyno pulls before/after install?

Gerald, I was sure I already saw that caution label on your car. How else to explain all the ladies hanging around your car in Philly.

Get there 11ish? You plan on driving less than 30mph or something? From that resttop we could probably get there in an hour and maybe some change.

All I got to do now is to figure out how to look like my beast and supercharge my you know what....and I shall be all set........

Glad we have a super show out, even another one or two SC for dyno...can't wait to see what the beast can do after being tuned.

Jeff, No I didn't do any dyno runs. The shop was busy and all the bays were taken. I am undecided about doing a dyno run now but may do it on the 15th. I do like the way it sounds.

Have we decided on where to go after? Is the beach still an option?

It may be a wise decision to do your dyno after you have broken in the Borlas......I am confident that you can manage that by Nov 15th

I'll need to check my schedule and make sure it's open, but in the meantime, you guys can pencil me in as a maybe. I'm pretty much a newbie when it comes to mods and tuning, so a meet like this should be a great chance for me to learn the basics...not to mention the sheer entertainment value of watching a supercharged Z melting the pavement

I know this has nothing to do with the xxtuning meet but I thought you guys would get a kick out of it. This is from our trip to Ft. Lauderdale last week. It is in front of the Auto Toy Store on route 838. You should have seen all the exotic cars and trucks. It truely is a toy store.
