Nov 15th 2003 SC DYNO/Wideband HO Tuning Day Caravan pit-stop in CT

OK Paul, now the carrot is getting much juicer

CT/NYC border pit stop.

The meeting pit-stop on the I-95/New England Throughway is set at the Darien Mobil Station parking lot, which is right after Exit 9 and before Exit 10. Exit 9 is the last Stamford exit, going North.

Now we need to come up with a time, with consideration for those scheduling a dyno.

 

G I will meet you at the stop!!!

We will work out a time this week. And I am going to dyno the roadster Sat. also.

By the end of that day I might catch that carrot!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I love it. As a matter of fact, I was at Radio Shack today and I was surprised to see the 350Z zipzaps in Lemans Sunset and a few other colors.

My son loved the XMods they have where you can customize these RC cars with bodykits, wheels, suspension, motor upgrades, etc. but they didn't have them in the 350Z. They had the Nissan Skyline, Supra, Acura RSX, & Civic.

Can't wait to see what video you come up with after the 15th.

I'll join the caravan, just let me know what time

 

It looks like it's about 88 miles and if traffic is like it was for the July meet (left at the same time on a Saturday) our speed will unfortunately be limited. Add to that the delay in allowing everyone to arrive at the rest stop (late), the requisite checking out everyone's car, BSing and eating of doughnuts and it's now ~9:15-9:20. On top of that I have a knack for getting the entire caravan lost or taking the wrong exit, and even though I'm not driving, somehow I will probably find a way to do it!

That said, my "11ish" was pretty liberal and I figured we would be there closer to 10:30 as I really do want to see the dynos. Again, I'm really open to any time.

Vic, did Spydr email you about coming? That's cool! I wonder if he'll be joining our caravan? Hmm, possibly three supercharged cars at this meet!

Roger, yes Rick emailed me that he would be attending so if Mike does come we will have 3 procharged Z's there. Should be fun.

 

count me in..If all goes right , myself and sirmike1 will be bringing 2 maybee 3 supercharged Z's!!!!

 

PS we will be dynoing(is that a real word )all of the Z's we bring..this meet has potential to be BIG guys!!!

XXTuning can dyno 12-15 cars in a day. Let me know for sure who will be dynoing so that we can keep track of it.

We’ll see about that; Mike, Daking make sure you bring those other 3 supercharged Z's….we’ve got lots of work to do, considering that Vortech is muscling in on the action, anytime now.

What ever you do, don’t let roge the bod drive, strap him flat on his back in someones’ rear under the strut bar; this way he’ll be spread eagle; with the rear door shut…he’ can’t get up and be of mischief.
