Looking to get this done in the next few weeks in Northern NJ but willing to drive a little to get it done, anyone have any suggestions on a shop? fluffykurt did you ever find a shop to install? What did you wind up paying? Called a few shops around me but couldn't get a straight answer on price and nobody gave me the warm and fuzzies about having it done there....

You want to call IPT, they are local to you. They did a great job installing transgo into my Titan. Lucky for you they are local, I had to drive 7 hours to get to them

JDS gave me a price of $300 for the install, wonder if anyone can be competitive to that, seems to be a great price compared to what I can find elsewhere but I'll make the call to IPT. Thanks again

IPT does their own VB upgrade, they don't install the Transgo. They said it would be a little over $1k to have them do the complete install with parts and labor for their upgrade. I have the Transgo kit on the way so looks like JDS is getting my business. Thanks for the help guys, can't wait to get this in so I can move onto putting in the Vortech and Water/Meth injection

Your car will be in good hands at JDS. They also do FI builds and installs too.

Meth and JDS ftw!!! What meth kit are you going to run? Here is a picture of my meth pump in my battery compartment:

Let me know if you need any help with your meth kit.

Wonder why they said that. My Titan has a transgo installed by them. They even sell transgo kits. They do have their own valve bodies, but thats alot more, like the 1k you mentioned. Unless they dont want to do it on a Z

I'm going with the AEM water/meth kit, its actually sitting in my apartment now waiting to install. How does it work with the pump work in the battery compartment? Where do you have your tank located? I'll have to talk to JDS about doing my Vortech install too, always good to hear a good recommendation about a shop you're going to use.
