I would take my Z to JC if the roads to get there were nice.

 

the roads suck everywhere in JC. stay away from pulaski skyway, 1&9 tonnele ave, belleville turnpike and anywhere around holland tunnel. JFK blvd and route 7 are ok but not perfect. oh and rt 440 is terrible too (that's where the ricers race)

 

roads arent that bad in jc....my girl lives in bayonne so i'm always going through there ..then again i'm riding slow and low...

 

Its not too bad if you have forged wheels, no body kit, stock ride height, good eye for detail and good reflexes...but if you're lowered and really low body kit, then not a good idea.

 

I won't take my Z to Jersey again!!! I went to wildwood and the jersey shore. I was lucky if I could find a smooth parking lot to enter and exit!.. Every hotel parking lot had a steap entrance... I scraped several times

 

Yeah ^ those are all the reasons why i bought a wrangler. One to get around these shitty NJ/NY roads.

I can understand your frustration and anger towards the cops attitude. BUT, unfortunately for you, he didn't do anything wrong. He saw you had a camera on the side of your car, which isn't illegal, and assumed (whether it be valid or not) that you used it for street racing or something of the sort. The fact of the matter is that you were guilty for the charged brought up on you. However, I don't believe it deserved a ticket either. Good luck if it isn't already settled.
