I bought a VQ35HR off him and have my shipper to pick it up. However he told my shipper that I didn't pay so he refuse to give the engine to the shipper. That was 3weeks ago.

I am trying to contact him via the phone but he doesn't want to answer. Any local guys can give me getting hold of him or better yet, know him personally?

Anyone who can help me get my money back or my engine, There will be a reward.

 

i hope he didn't just take the money and run..how did u pay him? did u pay him yet? if so, try to get it back..do a claim if u did paypal...

 

I was dumb for not using paypal. I just direct deposit into his account because I happen to have some US dollar with me.

He pretty much took my money, tell my shipper to **** off when they are there to pick up my engine and ignore my calls. I am looking to take it to the small claim court if he doesn't responds to me in the next 24hrs.

 

D'oh! Yeah claims court maybe your only option. Hope you have evidence of cash transfer. Bank check etc etc. I watch to much Judge Judy, mathis and whoever else is on fox TV. Best to use paypal or at the very least a certified bank check so it can be traced. Now you are wiser for your error.

even if you did a deposit in his account, you can still take him to small claims... As long as you have the deposit slip, your good to go!... Make sure you have all the documents you can get to prove your case... Even printed pm's if you have any...

Only thing is that I will have to fly to NY to appear in court. Does anyone know if I can get the form online and submit it via mail? I know you can do it in NYC but where he lives is a small town and their court website sucks. I guess I will give them a call tomorrow morning.

Be sure to sue for any lost funds due to shipper not being able to receive the engine. I'm sure he billed you for his time! As well as any other expenses you may have incured. What a major Inconvience!!!

Even if a judgement is issued in C-unit's favor the likelihood of funds being returned is extremely low with scumbags like this! Best to use Mastercard, Visa or paypal to protect yourselves!..
