I am new to the performance world of 350z's so I am looking for a shop to work on my car while I am overseas for 6 months. What shop would be best to install a twin turbo and all components that will need to put out about 400+ safely?

Hey guy, I added another shop that I maintain both of my cars at: North Brunswick Foreign and Domestic Auto. They owner has a Z and has done many installs and will probably give you a VERY good price, but lacks the tuning expertise of RT Tuning. PM me for info on either.
